The podium of the complex will consist of six floors and two under ground floors. The parking garage for the shopping center, casino and hotel will be located in both of the under ground floors.

The parking for the residential units and offices will be located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the podium, with access controlled entry and with an exit to Federico Velasquez street. Each residence will have its own parking space. The standard size of the parking space will be 5 x 2.5 square meters and the handicapped parking spaces will be 5 x 3.75 square meters and a private exit.

An access control will exist for the residents from the parking floors towards to the buildings.
