Tocumen International Airport in Panama is 15 kilometers from downtown and only 15 minutes from Los Faros de Panamá.

The site boasts optimal access because of the strategic location in the urban area of San Francisco.

The main roads are the Southern Corridor and Via Israel to the east, Via Brazil and 4th Avenue to the north and Balboa Avenue to the West. The new wide Pacific Boulevard is the principal access to the central area of the site.

Currently in the planning phase, the coastal strip of Balboa Avenue will be the most important public civil work in the history of the city that will have a huge impact, transforming the bay and gaining valuable recreational space.

Balboa Avenue promises to be one of the most spectacular avenues across the continent, aside from improving the traffic flow, the road will be filled with lots of green areas, numerous recreational areas, parks, amphitheaters, bike lanes, pedestrian crossings, ramps for disabled people, free public parking lots, athletic facilities, water fountains, monuments, viewing points and public facilities.
